Adrian Popa is a Managing Partner at the School for Responsible People, a graduate of the Technical University of Cluj, certified as a Trainer, Project Manager and Human Resources Manager, a graduate of the Performance Management Program, and has a specialization in Online Business Management. He is a PhD student at Babeș-Bolyai University - FSPAC, with a thesis on taking responsibility and educating integrity in teams and organizations.
He has over 15 years of experience in management and leadership, leading HR and sales teams and departments in Orange, OMV Petrom, Electrogrup, iQuest, BT Aegon and NewMindset Consulting. As a trainer and mentor, he has delivered over 2,500 hours of training and consulting in various companies. At SPOR School, Adrian Popa leads the integrity, responsibility and performance management education programs and consulting programs in human resource management and organizational culture.
