Mihnea S. Stoica is a university lecturer in the Department of Communication, Public Relations and Advertising within the Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University. He studied comparative European politics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In 2016, he set up the Dutch Cultural and Academic Center at UBB Cluj. His research topics are political communication, political parties and the European Union. The most recent book published is “Smart Politics. Perspectives on Europeanization ”, at the Transylvanian School Publishing House, in 2020.
