I have over 10 years experience in consulting and training within ICG Integrated Consulting Group and I am also one of the consultants that graduated ICG-Innotiimi Consultant Academy.
My first experience in the consulting industry began as manager of AMCOR, Romanian Management Consultancies Association, in november 2008.
Since then I have worked as project manager in various public and private projects, I developed and delivered workshops on innovation, creativity, leadership & people management.
Starting 2018 my focus was on innovation and new ways of working, on developing my practice and make an impact into how organizations and people use innovation tools and methods to reach their goals.
